1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BO.BE.G website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

5. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online card payments through our payment gateway.
• Card payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details.
• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders).

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and in our FAQs. While we work to deliver on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for sealed, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty or skincare products cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Reviews & User Content

Customers who have received a delivered order may submit product reviews. By posting a review or other content, you grant us permission to display it on our website. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading or violates these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images and design — is the property of BO.BE.G or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

BO.BE.G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
