Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your BO.BE.G order to your doorstep safely and on time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
• A notification is sent when your order is dispatched.
• Prepaid orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time

• Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Other areas islandwide: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier delays or other factors beyond our control.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

• Charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value or during special promotions.

5. Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available islandwide.
• Secure online card payments are processed through our payment gateway.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its progress using our Track Order page with your order number. For any updates, our team is always happy to help.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or no one is available to receive it, the courier may reattempt or return the parcel. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
